wow, what a blast!
awesome layout friendly staff helpful staff
i spent five days here and i can tell you, the resort layout is awesome. i saw many activities always happening. the staff was super friendly and helpful. i am sure i will be returning again!

the staff at the coffee house by the pool were always friendly. lifeguards checked on my son daily after a waterslide incident. the entertainment team gave their all.

helpful staff food option family holiday
our holiday needs were completely met from arrival to departure. our group included four adults and two children, aged seven and eight. we actively participated in various activities like tennis and archery. the food options were both numerous and fresh. the staff were friendly and helpful (michelle deserves special thanks for her archery instructions).
the pool area cleanliness was not up to par. litter remained unaddressed during the ten days of our stay.

our room included a well-stocked mini fridge and an individual climate control system. the beds were comfortable and linens were refreshed daily, ensuring a pleasant and restful night's sleep for everyone.

I found the resort well-kept with beautiful gardens. There was a wide selection of food available. Activities provided ample choice to either participate or relax. I enjoyed the convenience of always finding a sun bed near the pools.
The evening entertainment had gaps between performances.

The hotel is near Es Cana, a short bus ride offers an easy escape to explore local shops and nearby attractions. The bus stop is conveniently located right outside the premises for easy access.

The room size was generous for my family, offering space for everyone. There were no issues finding room around the pool area, a great advantage. The room was always clean and well presented, very satisfactory.

Excellent family stay
nice layout awesome activity friendly staff extra mile
i found the layout of the resort very nicely done. the continuous activity schedule is awesome for kids. the staff members were so friendly and helpful. lifeguards went the extra mile when my son hurt his chin on the water slide they were so kind and checked on him daily.
the app to book the beach restaurant was a bit tricky initially. this was a minor inconvenience but was resolved quickly.

the food offered gorgeous options with the restaurant on the beach as a particular highlight. i found the food delicious and the views lovely. the staff was always super friendly and helpful during meal times.

the hotel service people are very friendly. pili and olga at the bodega restaurant were fantastic . i noticed both regularly checked we were enjoying the food and experience there.

our room was cleaned daily and set in beautiful grounds. the gardens and surrounding trees and shrubs are fine. our apartment was well decorated with everything we needed for a relaxing stay.
